Team Building Training
In order to strengthen our team cohesion, our company organized for 2 days (8th-9th) team training.
Keeping the hands in front of you at the height of your shoulder in 10 minutes and Keeping the knees bent in 10 minutes, though the two actions are very simple, It's hard to hold for 10 minutes. Someone trembled and tore whoop, but still hold out until the last, we made it finally.
Climb to the 8m height, stand on the small round disk, then jump out to seize the horizontal bar. As it is very high, many of us afraid to climb and stand on it, we have to do is to challenge their fear, across a small step. In our life, we will encounter a lot of the opportunity of just around the corner, as long as we challenge ourselves, brave to cross out the step, then we will firmly seize the opportunity of our own.
Leapfrog and crawl, arm scratches, but still insist on.
Finally it is the 4.2m height victory wall, no others tool can be used, all of us need to climb over the walls. after 5 times failure, finally we made it in the sixth challenge.
Team building training, deepen the understanding between each other, closer to the relationship between us, we love our team. After this training, we find our answers:
A. One perfect team must come with a excellent leader, a clear goal and the plan for achieving the goal.
B. Clear division of responsibilities, cooperate with each other.
C. More communication, communication is very important for one team.
D. Trust each other.
